Payment
All orders placed on-line must be paid for with a credit card. We accept Visa,
MasterCard and AMEX. If you would like to submit payment in a different manner,
please call 1-888-734-4617.
Shipping
You can chose from US Mail, UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS
Next Day Air. All orders take 4 business days to be shipped from the warehouse
Please note: Shipping charges are calculated at order time and are subject to
change at any time. The below amounts are estimates only. Rush orders are
accepted. They must be phoned in advance. They will ship from the warehouse
within 24 hours. Rush charges are: $7.50 or 10% of total.

Returns
Items with personalized engraving are non-returnable. Due to various engraving
techniques, we do not guarantee our product unless it is engraved by
Monogrammed Gifts in-house engraving department. All requests for returns,
exchanges, and refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of receipt of
product using the form provided by our customer service department
(1-888-734-4617). We do not issue call tags, but we will refund the amount of
your freight to ship these items back to our facility. Simply save the return
freight receipt and send a copy to our customer service department. You will be
responsible to pay freight on all items returned through no fault of the
manufacturer. Returned merchandise should be packed with original packing
material including outside packing box.

Damage Claims
All claims for damaged goods must be filed directly with the delivering
carrier. Retain all original cartons for inspection by claims agent. If you
feel you are not receiving prompt attention from the carrier, please call our
customer service department at 1-888-734-4617 and we will help.
Shortages
All notification of short shipments must be made to our customer service
department within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
Back Orders
All back orders under $25.00 are canceled. We ask that you reorder the item. On
back orders over $25.00, we will call before shipment.
Bill of Rights
The Safe Shopping Guarantee protects you while you shop, so that you never have
to worry about credit card safety. We guarantee that every transaction made
will be safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to
